Welcome to ShopViza. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ShopViza store and your purchase of products through the store.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order where necessary.

If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious technical or listing error, ShopViza may cancel the order and provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other charges may be displayed separately during checkout.

5. Orders

Receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

ShopViza reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

ShopViza is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or financial institutions.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to the ShopViza Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

Orders may be delivered in separate packages when products are fulfilled by different suppliers or shipping partners.

ShopViza is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

8. Dropshipping and Third-Party Suppliers

ShopViza may use third-party suppliers, manufacturers, fulfillment centers, logistics providers, and other service providers to fulfill customer orders.

Products may therefore be shipped directly from a third-party supplier or fulfillment location.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that third-party fulfillment may be used to process and deliver your purchase.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by the applicable ShopViza Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.

Customers should review the applicable policy before placing an order.

ShopViza is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit ShopViza content without appropriate authorization.

ShopViza does not guarantee that the store will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ShopViza shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, government actions, internet or technology failures, strikes, supply-chain disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

ShopViza reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the store where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or misuse of the store.

17. Changes to These Terms

ShopViza may modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return/Refund Policy, and other policies published by ShopViza, constitute the terms governing your use of the store and purchase of products.
